Fire resistance:
Tiles have been tested per ASTM test and complies with Class 1 requirement for critical radian flux, smoke
generation and flame spread.

Construction:
Durable backing maintains dimension stability and hold the tile flat. The weight and thickness holds tile flat
and in place. Flexible construction permits removal and reinstallation. Axcess tiles are highly stain resistant.

Installation
Axcess tiles to be installed over raised flooring which is clean, free of all foreign matter such as grease, oil, paint,
wax, dirt, and old adhesive. Floors should be level, structurally sound, and trim edges secured to the panel.

Layout:
Establish chalk guideline, which are at right angels to each other from which the tiles are to be laid. Measure area
to find best starting point for maximum size perimeter cuts.

Tile installation:
Lay tiles starting at the center of the room working toward the walls, following the directional arrows on back of tiles.
The perimeter tiles must be cut up to the wall from the field tiles. Do not jam tiles; keep foot traffic off laid area while
installing to prevent shifting. In areas that may receive heavy rolling loads use a small amount of releasable adhesive
to secure to access floor panels every 10’ x 10' grid and at entry areas to maintain alignment.

Maintenance:
For daily care: Dust and damp mop. Do not use wax or sealers.

Regular cleaning:
Sweep or vacuum loose dirt and dust. Remove surface soil with a wet mop, When necessary, after spraying a mild
floor cleaner, scrub floor surface using a buffing machine, wipe clean with a damp mop. Do not use any cleaning
compounds containing alkali and or oils. Do not use floor wax or floor sealers.

Protection:
Use care to protect the newly installed floor. Always use strips of hardwood or plywood when moving heavy objects.
Avoid damage from tracked in dirt and grit by placing floor mats at outside entrances. Resilient vinyl flooring material
copies the substrate it is installed. The thickness of Axcess helps to minimize, but does not prevent, telegraphing
over uneven access floors.

Warranty:
Axcess tile is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for five year from the date of purchase.
